HLA ELPHA System (SSO method)

Biotest ELPHA System(Enzyme Linked Probe Hybridization Assay)은 HLA class I/II를 검사하기 위한 DNA hybridization 검사법이다. ELPHA system은 기존의 SSO(Sequence Specific Oligonucleotide)방법을 보다 간편하게 개량한 자동화 시스템이다. 말초 혈액에서 DNA를 분리하여 HLA gene부위를 PCR반응으로 증폭시키고, hybridization 과정을 통해 HLA class I/II를 검사한다.
처리과정은 ELISA washer와 reader로 자동화 처리할 수 있으며, ELISA reader에 의해 측정된 데이터 값은 computer software에 의해 자동 처리 됨으로써 결과를 신속 정확하게 얻을 수 있다. 또한 1개의 well에 2개의 서로 다른 probe가 들어 있는 Biotest ELPHA DL (double labeled) system을 사용하여 보다 많은 수의 검체를 검사할 수 있다.
