Biotest SSP system(SSP=Sequence
Specific Priming)은
allele-specific primer
combinations를 이용해서
PCR을 시행하고 검체 DNA의
증폭 여부를 판정한다. 즉 primer가
target sequence에 상보적일
경우 PCR에 의해 products가
형성되고 상보적이지 않을 경우 products가
형성되지 않는데, 이를 gel electrophoresis의한
band 유무로 확인하여 판정한다. |
